Local Business: Dave Wright Caricatures

Each month we like to promote a local business, and to encourage all of our readers to buy local where they can.

This month we feature Dave Wright caricatures. Dave is a local caricaturist and graphic designer and each year is commissioned to produce caricatures for gifts, and also produces a calendar of Sunderland footballing legends.

A Sunderland fan and season ticket holder since he was 11, the football club and it's previous legends feature heavily in his merchandise. If football (or SAFC) isn't your thing, Dave also welcomes commissions for caricatures for birthdays, wedding, retirement gifts etc.

This is the fourth year 39-year-old Dave, who has been a season ticket holder since he was 11, has created a calendar in honour of SAFC and he says it’s a real labour of love.
