A ROAR-SOME Prize Indeed!

We recently ran a competition to our Facebook followers to win a dinosaur themed prize.

Our valuer Henry Carver visited a property where the child had a bucketful of dinosaurs (not sure if his name was Harry), and he had a roar-some idea! Competition entrants were asked to find the hidden dinosaurs in the property photographs, like the page and share the post.

The winner received tickets to see Dinosaur World Live at Darlington Hippodrome. Lou Hill and her son Frankie were the winners and enjoyed the performance!

"We had such an wonderful time seeing Dinosaur World Live. Our seats were great just a few rows from the front. The show was spectacular featuring life-like dinosaur puppets that filled the stage, similar to War Horse except much bigger, and with a T-rex. It was very interactive, getting children onto the stage to help feed a Stegosaurus or to stroke a Triceratops. Fun for the whole family and we are so pleased we won the tickets! Thanks!"

Beautiful Property In Middleton-in-Teesdale

Henry & Jess recently visited Number 2, Beckside, Middleton-in-Teesdale as the property is now finished including freshly laid carpets.

Here's what Henry had to say!

The property is a magnificent mid-terraced, newly converted stone building fitted to a high standard. A short walk from the centre of the village and a pleasant outlook to the wooded embankment of a beck.

Middleton-in-Teesdale is situated on the Pennine Way and lies 9 miles from the impressive High Force waterfall. It offers a prime location for those who like to pop out to the countryside at weekends.

Meet Our Accompanied Viewers

Sharing the role of the accompanied viewer in our Duke Street branch, Sean Jackson and Alec Francis make a fantastic team. We often market properties that are vacant or where the vendor would rather not carry out the viewings. At Carver Residential we offer an accompanied viewing service in all of our offices where the viewer is shown around the property by one of our team. Our highly knowledgeable staff will walk the viewer around the property and will help with any questions they may have.

Their friendly personalities and professionalism give our vendors peace of mind and make viewings of vacant properties more enjoyable.

"What a lovely gentleman, very patient and good salesman without trying to be" is what one viewer had to say.

We also have fantastic accompanied viewers showing properties in other offices:

Kim Hunter - Yarm                                          Emily Mansfield - Newton Aycliffe

Tina Bradshaw - Richmond

James is also Branch Manager and Valuer for our Richmond office, so if you have booked an appointment for him to value your property, this is the friendly face you will see:
