New Homes for sale in Colburn by Mulberry Homes

Developer Mulberry Homes Yorkshire has signed an exclusive deal with a North Yorkshire-based estate agent to market its latest development.

The company has selected Carver Residential to help sell homes at its 32-home scheme in Colburn, near Catterick.

Work on the development, known as Beckfield, began in November 2016 with completion set for September this year.

Mulberry, in partnership with Swale Valley Construction, is building a range of two, three and four-bedroom properties for sale and rent. These will include affordable homes designed to get people on the property ladder.

Andrew Garrens, from Mulberry Homes Yorkshire, said: “We are delighted to have signed a deal with Carver Residential to market our new homes at Beckfield.
