A truly magnificent property of total individuality which has been painstakingly designed and project managed by the current owners.

In 2011, the present owners decided to demolish the existing bungalow (Southolme) and build a new house (Swallowfields). The new house was designed and built by Border Oak Design & Construction of Herefordshire. It has a green oak frame with SIPS panels for all walls. The exterior has been constructed with York Handmade bricks with a Heritage handmade clay tiled roof and a dragon chimneypot. All windows are Yorkshire sliding sash with oak frames.

The house and garden are surrounded on three sides by about 5 acres of pasture land. There is a concreted yard with five stables and tack room/feed room and a full size sand/rubber menage. A barn built in 2009 provides extra outside storage with a fully concreted slab floor and tractor access. The owners have planted many trees and there are three fenced areas with native mix deciduous trees and conifers, as well as various trees in the hedge lines.
