Properties are selling like hot cakes!

All of Carvers offices have recently impressed clients by agreeing sales within a very short marketing period and in some cases within less than 24 hours of being instructed. The Newton Aycliffe offices’ pro-active approach enabled them to secure a buyer through our extensive applicant register leaving our client extremely satisfied with the result and service received:-

“I have been immensely impressed with Carver's and, like my daughter, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Fantastic results achieved with a friendly, helpful and polite quality of service", commented Mrs Jones.

Branch manager, David Tinkler, commented "our client was recommended to us by her daughter whom we had sold for last year and we are delighted to have achieved a sale so quickly. The result demonstrates the enthusiasm and drive of our staff in what is still a very challenging market" The office has also agreed a sale on the neighbouring property within the last 2 months.

In a similar success story the Darlington office secured a buyer for a property which went under offer before it was even marketed due to the presentation and appearance of the house along with a realistic guide price. The purchaser noticed our for sale board outside and immediately arranged a viewing and subsequently made an offer of the asking price.

Meanwhile in North Yorkshire, the Northallerton sales team have agreed a sale on a property before it went to market. This was due to good communication between the valuer and sales team, allowing potential purchasers to be contacted and informed about the property coming on the market shortly. Likewise in Richmond our sales team has agreed an offer in excess of the asking price on a property in Catterick Village due to high demand generated from proactive marketing.

To arrange a free valuation on your property please contact your local office where one of our friendly team will be happy to help.
